Meet the founder
Tamra Mancktelow, Founder
Tamra's path to marketing started on stage.
She is a former dancer who landed a performer contract at Disneyland Paris in 2019. Back home, she moved into hospitality and retail, managing venues: running events, looking after the client experience and running the venues' socials. Hospitality taught her what a great experience feels like from the other side of the counter. It is a decade of events, client experience and marketing, from managing hospitality venues to running her own agency.
In 2020, in the middle of COVID, she started in network marketing. It put her in front of the camera, and she has been building personal brands and creating content ever since.
In April 2024 she started her own business as a virtual assistant and online business manager. Once a client's systems were running smoothly, she filled the spare hours with their marketing. The marketing became the business. That business is Elevé.
Most Elevé clients are personal brands who run events. That is why events sit at the heart of what we do, and why Tamra's performance and hospitality background shows up in every one.
Tamra holds a double degree in Creative Industries and Business, majoring in marketing and entertainment.

Where we work
Based in South East Queensland. We work with brands across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with on-site event coverage across South East Queensland and remote content and strategy for clients Australia-wide, including Melbourne, Sydney and Perth event programs.
We also support select clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Bali and New Zealand with remote strategy, content production and event marketing coordination.
